spices walnut




Spices walnut can be use for salad topping,snack or adding on sandwiches,  mixed walnuts with mixed ground spices and maple syrup or honey for sweet taste, I like a combination salty,spicy and sweet  in this spices walnuts is good to served with fruits like apples,pears.

I made pears stack with goat cheese and spice walnuts for appetizer idea.

Ingredients :
- 12 oz Shelled walnuts
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup/honey

Direction :
preheat oven on 350 F
In a small bowl combine spice powder together ( salt,pepper,cinnamon,ginger,paprika and nutmeg )
Spice up walnuts with mixed spices powder, Spread walnuts in Baking pan, drizzle with maple syrup evenly, roast/bake about 10-15 minutes.

  1. Great idea to add some ooze to the walnuts. Perfect snack but I will probably make it with peanuts. Walnuts, expensive here and I seldom use them.

Hard boil egg meatloaf and my second Award

This maybe sound funny,boil egg in the meatloaf, but hey this is what I love about cooking in my own kitchen I can create an experiment things, not like to cook at work I have a rule to follow,and stick with their recipe,,,,so when I'm home,,,,I'm free and I can play with my cooking LoL by the way,leftover always give me some idea,about cooking so,,,this time I had four hard boil egg.
