Another favorite recipe using chickpeas/garbazo bean, I made this humus almost once a week, I add sun dried tomato in this recipe to add more color and taste.
Ingredients :
Ingredients :

- 2 tbsp sun dried tomato in oil
- 1 tbsp honey

I count the number of time I have tasted humus, that too when I am in other countries. Back home it must be my sambal belacan and food with plenty of chili padi.
That said, I should try out your recipe. I do buy chick peas and these are there in my pantry. Fabulous dip and I will love to pair it with some salted crackers.
I eat chickpea and humus with a tablespoon. Love the stuff. So creamy and satisfying!
What a genius combination for hummus :)

I have lots of sun-dried tomatoes in my pantry...and I will add a few tablespoons to my next batch of hummus. It sounds amazing!
