Chicken mango BBQ slow cooker

I create this chicken mango BBQ with store bought "Costco" cooked rotisserie chicken and leftover mango ginger habanero sauce , it's sound too spicy but is not, I even add more spiciness to it and balance with honey ginger and sweet soy sauce for sweetness.

Ingredients :
- 1 large cooked rotisserie chicken
- 1 onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 Thai chili pepper/ 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 1/2 cup mango ginger habanero sauce
- 1 tbsp honey ginger
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp salt or more to taste

Direction :
remove all the skin from rotisserie chicken, pulled out of the meats and shred handed, set aside
chop onion, garlic and chili ( chili are optional )
mix ketchup, mango ginger habanero sauce ,honey and sweet soy sauce
put all ingredients into a crock pot,add dry spices and stir evenly until well mixed
cook in low heat for about 5-6 hours
ready to serve on the buns or any type of bread you like
