Omelette Wrap






Omelette's wrap filled with mixed green salad, I use lettuce,carrot,cucumber and herb for more taste wrap in plain omelette's it's only seasoned with salt and white or black pepper.

It's a great meal for breakfast or brunch idea,  easy to prepare and use only few ingredients, you can use any mixed green salad or any lettuce or raw vegetables you have on hand.

I drizzle with little bit Yum-yum sauce for more taste,it was perfect.




Ingredients : one wrap
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp olive oil or butter
- pinch of salt + white/black pepper
- any lettuce or mixed salad you like
- julienne  carrots and cucumber
- fresh basil and cilantro


Make an omelette,,,,
- whisk two egg seasoning with pinch of salt and pepper
- In medium skillet and medium heat, cook in a teaspoon olive oil or butter until both side looks brown but not to dry,remove from heat
- ready to fill with any mixed salad or lettuce you like, and wrap it.
- drizzle with yum-yum sauce or any sauce if you like.

  7. I've been doing this with crispy bacon, diced tomatoes and chunked Velveeta, sooo good! I use 3-4 eggs pour them into a hot skillet and remove from heat, slide into a 350 oven to set the top-3 minutes. Remove and roll in toppings turning the entire thing after its cooled a moment like a burrito. Back in a 250 oven for 5! good luck!

Fried Tofu with lemon grass

Tofu is one of the list ingredients that I always have in the fridge, to make this recipe more easier you can buy fried tofu mostly available in Asian market, so you can skip fry the tofu and ready to slice them and ready to cook with other ingredients in no time, this type of dish recommended to serve with white jasmine rice is the best, Can be vegetarian or vegan dish just replace fish sauce with soy sauce. Ingredients : - 2 block firm tofu/extra firm cut into 1/2 inch /1cm thick - 3 Tbsp vegetable oil for frying ( need only 1 Tbsp if use fried tofu ) - 1  Tbsp Thai fish sauce or soy sauce for ( vegetarian-vegan ) - 1/2 of fresh lime or lemon juice - 1 teaspoon granulated sugar - 1 stalk lemon grass ,thinly slice - 2 large shallot, finely chop - 1 clove garlic ,finely chop - 1 Thai chili pepper/finely chop ( optional ) Preparation : Heat 2 Tbsp vegetable oil on medium high temperature. fry tofu until cook or looks golden brown  both side,dra

Dairy Free Mung bean Ice Cream

Green mung beans   are commonly use for sweet dishes in Indonesia, one of popular Indonesian dish  are mung bean porridge  or we call it "bubur kacang hijau" this sweet porridge can be serve as warm breakfast or dessert,  I was inspired to make ice cream recipe out of it, So I made dairy free mung bean ice cream, but you can use dairy ingredients if you like to try out. Mung bean seeds is very hard, soak them first in cold water for few hours before you cook, or if you soak over night make sure store in the fridge ,other wise if you leave them on room temperature they will  be sprout. I have two recipe bellow to try out, the second recipe is more simple and only four ingredients needed egg free and no sugar added if use can of coconut cream. Ingredients : - 7 oz  green mung beans / half bag - 1/2 cup sugar - 3 egg yolk - 2 cup coconut milk - 1 1/2 cup   silk pure coconut milk Preparation : Cook green mung beans in water until soft Drain e
