One evening I want something small, sweet and rich for a dessert,so I have to create something very easy with ingredients I have on hand,is come up with mix mascarpone cheese with dulce de leche as a thick sauce serve with sliced strawberry on top,is only take few minutes to have this simple dessert.

Ingredients :
- 4 tbsp mascarpone cheese
- 2 tbsp dulche de leche
- 4 fresh strawberry
- Orange cream crunch (for sprinkle )
Preparation :
on a small bowl mix mascarpone cheese and dulce de leche with a spoon until combine, set aside
slice fresh strawberry and ready to serve.
spread about 2 tbsp mascarpone mixture on dessert plate and top with sliced strawberry and sprinkle with orange cream crunch ,,,,,so it's looks like dessert now :)

Rid, I am tempted looking at this dessert, love berries but the berries here are expensive. I would like to try the same recipe, maybe with a local fruit.
