Fruits salad with balsamic glaze with mango

As you know I'm a big fan of mango, so anything about mango I'm in.
There is no recipe on this post I just want to share this yummy "balsamic glaze with mango" a gift from my friend,Thank You Cathleen !!





for the salad :
- 1/4 watermelon
- 1 mango
- 1 dragon fruit ( or any fruit you like )
( scoop watermelon,and cut mango and dragon  fruit in cube sprinkle with balsamic glaze with mango )


I always want to try this dragon fruit,but I didn't like it,but It taste better after I mixed on this salad.

    I just tried balsamic glaze recently and I love it with fruit!! I have tried it with pineapple and strawberries and next I will try it with mango. :) Have a wonderful weekend! ~ Ramona :)

    I wonder if I can get the same glaze over here. Maybe I should check out the higher end supermarkets to find out.

    Lovely fruit salad which we need to cool our system down, you know the weather has become hot and killer these days.

    I know that strawberries and balsamic is pretty awesome, however, I have yet to experiment with other fruits. Your trio here does make for a great start-especially with that mango. Great dish for sweltering days. Ice cold fruit is just the perfect solution to me. Hope you are enjoying the weekend!

    Ridwan I love this fruit salad , I could eat it all day. I have never had the dragon fruit, was it bitter? I would really like to try that balsamic galze with mango, where did you get that? I also am in love with mango. Happy weekend.

roasted sweet potato and tomato soup

This roasted sweet potato and tomato soup can be prepare as dairy free soup, just skip the sour cream and replace with coconut milk. I like spicy on the soup so I add hot chili and roasted together with the rest ingredients, if you don't like spicy at all you can skip the chili as well or just add pinch of red pepper flakes Serve with fresh store bought french baguette or toast. jackfruit and tofu curry

Most Asian people know about jackfruit, If its unripe the color is green can be use for vegetables and if ripe the color is yellow can be consumed as a fruit or to add flavor to a variety of dessert. This time I use canned green jackfruit/unripe to make a vegan curry with tofu cooked in coconut milk with curry seasoning to serves with steamed white rice.
