Very nice pairing with the purple cabbage and pickled ginger. Anything pickled is my kind of food for that high dosage of sour taste we love and salmon is one of the best fish to be eaten. Very nice way of serving and plating making this dish so attractive.

The next round of salmon at home will be this recipe all the way.
