This baked salmon recipe is very easy and simple with four spices ingredients fix,,,I serve with Mashed purple potato with cabbage and vegetables fritters,,,
I use pickled ginger SUSHI CHEF for this recipe, this pickled ginger normally use as a Sushi condiment.

- 2 6-8 oz salmon fillets
- 1/2 tbsp lemon pepper spices blend
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp pickled ginger
- 4 slice lemon
Preparation :
Preheat oven on 350 degree F
Season/ sprinkle salmon fillets with lemon spice blend and olive oil
in the aluminum foil,arrange 2 slice of lemon,seasoned salmon fillet,then pickled ginger on top
wrap it loosely and ready to bake about 20-25 minutes
ENJOY,,,and have a great Sunday everyone,,,,

ReplyDeleteVery nice pairing with the purple cabbage and pickled ginger. Anything pickled is my kind of food for that high dosage of sour taste we love and salmon is one of the best fish to be eaten. Very nice way of serving and plating making this dish so attractive.
