Seafood Medley Fried Rice




Ingredients :estimates
4 cup  cold cooked  rice
2 cup seafood medley ( shrimps,scallop,squid and mussel )

1/2 cup green peas
1/2 cup grated carrot
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 egg


Seasoning spices ingredients:

2 clove shallot
1 clove garlic
1 fresh cayenne pepper/Thai pepper,thinly slice

1 tbsp grated ginger
2 tbsp of soy sauce
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce

1 tsp fish sauce 
pinch of black pepper

Preparation

chop shallot,garlic and pepper
heat sesame oil in the skillet on medium high
cook chopped shallot,garlic, pepper  and ginger for about 2- 3 minutes

add cooked seafood medley cook for another 3 minutes
add egg and scramble it
add cooked  cold rice

and add green peas and grated carrot
stir and add soy sauce,sweet soy sauce and fish sauce and pinch of black pepper,stir until combine
and cook for another 3-5minutes,serve immediately is best.



serve with slice cucumber,or simple cucumber salad   Cucumber salad/indonesian acar timun

  1. What a tasty fried rice!! I agree, I also use leftover cold rice too to make fried rice. The texture is perfect then. :) I like your medley of seafood. Very nice.

    agree with u with the tips that never-ever cook a fried rice with a hot rice, I'll always stay them out from rice cooker 15-30 minutes before I cook them
    I never had a chance to try a friend rice whick leftover fr a fried... Hmmm - I think it's time to give it a try then? ;)

  12. I'm with you! I NEVER make fried rice using fresh cooked rice. It's such a waste! Beside yesterdays rice works a lot better. Love what you did with your leftovers.

Most Asian people know about jackfruit, If its unripe the color is green can be use for vegetables and if ripe the color is yellow can be consumed as a fruit or to add flavor to a variety of dessert. Banana pandan bread

I don't like to waste the foods, if you have over ripe banana don't throw away, I have quite few recipe with it like this   banana white chocolate muffins ,  white chocolate banana bread  , banana pandan waffle  and this banana pandan bread, if you like white chocolate or pandan taste, they go well together with over ripe banana. Ingredients; - 1 cup coconut oil - 3/4 cup dark brown sugar - 2 eggs - 1 teaspoon pandan paste - 2 1/4 cups self raising flour - 1 teaspoon ginger powder - pinch of salt - 1 teaspoon cinnamon - 3 over ripe banana Direction : Preheat oven to 350 degrees F/ 175 degrees C Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine self raising flour,ginger powder,and cinnamon powder, In a separate bowl,  In a stand mixer cream together coconut oil and brown sugar. roasted sweet potato and tomato soup

This roasted sweet potato and tomato soup can be prepare as dairy free soup, just skip the sour cream and replace with coconut milk. I like spicy on the soup so I add hot chili and roasted together with the rest ingredients, if you don't like spicy at all you can skip the chili as well or just add pinch of red pepper flakes Serve with fresh store bought french baguette or toast.
