Sauteed asparagus eggplant

sauteed asparagus eggplant
Asparagus is one of my favorite side dishes
i mixed with eggplant this time

Ingredients :estimates
1 lbs asparagus
1 medium size eggplant
2 tbs olive oil
2 clove garlic
1 shallot ( big size )
1 tsp lemon grated
salt and pepper to taste

preparation:
trimmed asparagus and cut by two
feeled eggplant and cut stick ( same as asparagus )
heat olive oil
caramelized shallot end garlic
add the rest of spices
and sauteed about 4-5 minutes
or until cooked
