Pan seared scallop salad


Ingredients :
6 pcs scallop
baby arugula
2 tbs olive oil
 dressing :
2 tbs sesame ginger salad dressing
splash of  fish sauce
1 tsp sweet soy sauce
1/2 tsp jalapeno sauce
pinch of black pepper
( whisk all together )
Preparation :
seasoned scallop with salt+black pepper
cook in olive oil about 3 minutes each side until golden brown
top on arugula and pour  salad dressing on top
