Easy and simple mini dessert idea, is ready less than 15 minutes, Crunchy sweet and creamy at the same time.
Ingredients :
- 1 package store bought pie crust / 2 roll
- 1 tbsp melted butter
raspberry cream mini pie filling :
- 2 Tbsp plan Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp cool whip
- 2 Tbsp seedless red raspberry preserves
- 1 teaspoon chambord ( optional )
- fresh raspberry or frozen
Preparation :
pre heat oven on 450 degree F / follow direction on the package
cut pie crusts with round biscuit/cookie cutter
brush with butter
shape in a small shaped muffin's pan
bake about 9-11 minutes
In a small bowl, mix pie filling ingredients together until smooth and combine,set aside
cool pie crust, and fill with 1 a teaspoon of raspberry cream mixture
topping with a fresh raspberry/ frozen raspberry and dust with powder sugar.
