pomegranate vinaigrette

This pomegranate vinaigrette is very simple but apparently I'm forget to take a picture before I pour in to salad,but I still can share this simple recipe in this salad picture :) I need to use up this arugula soon before expired,so I just roll arugula into slice medallion cucumber as my salad/side dish,This is the first time I had this simple pomegranate vinaigrette,but I will make it again for sure. Ingredients : - 1 pomegranate - 1 lemon ( juice and  lemon zest ) - 1 Tbsp avocado oil - 1/2  Tbsp honey - pinch of salt  ( Cut pomegranatte and use all the juice and, 1 lemon zest  + juice before just whisk all ingredients  together until combine ) and serve in to mixed green salad. E N J O Y ,,,,,

Pineapple Mango Chicken salad

Ingredients: 1 cup chunk fresh pineapple 1 cup chunk fresh mango 1 can chunk chicken breast/12,5 oz 2 tbs pomegranate seed  2 stalk scallion/green onion thinly sliced 2 tbsp chopped cilantro ( just mix them together in to a big salad bowl ) Dressing ingredients : 2 tbsp mayonnaise 2 tbsp fresh pomegranate juice 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1/2 tbsp of lemon zest 1/2 tbsp honey pinch of garlic powder pinch of red pepper flakes  ( on the small bowl just mixed and whisk all dressing ingredients until combine ) pour salad dressing into chicken salad mix,stir until combine ready to serve as a salad or on sandwiches,,,, E n J o Y,,,and Have a great weekend !!!

Peppermint Bark pancakes

I have a box of peppermint bark during holiday season from one of our friend,I don't know what to do with it.  Since I was off yesterday. I try to use up this peppermint bark to make pancakes, It turn out really good :) Peppermint Bark Pancakes Ingredients: I use store bought pancake mix just add water and follow direction on the package and about 1/2 cup of chopped peppermint bark + pancakes syrup and whipped cream ( optional ) Chopped peppermint bark add some about 3 tablespoon to pancake batter and mixed sprinkles the rest of chopped peppermint bark in to pancake before you flip them You can serve without pancakes syrup if you like,for reduce sugar,a sweetness from bark is sweet enough to start morning activity :)

Is not Pizza is Pita with arugula

This is a simple way to have dinner,if I don't feel like to cook sometime, I always had homemade sun dried tomato humus on the fridge,,,yes always you can find recipe here : Ridwan's Kitchen / Asian-spice mix: Sun dried tomato humus Is kind of Pizza but I use pocket-less pita instead pizza crust/dough and Humus for pizza sauce,why not,just a try :) very simple and don't take much time :) you will need : pocket- less pita bread/store bought Humus mozzarella cheese/shredded arugula sun dried tomato Parmesan cheese preparation : pre heat oven 350 F meanwhile spread humus on pita bread and topping with shredded mozzarella cheese in to the oven until cheese is melted,it take few minutes topping with  arugula,little bit chopped sun dried tomato and  sprinkles with Parmesan cheese ready to serve immediately !! enjoy,,,,

banana nutela cookies

If you have a very ripe banana need to use up soon ,this recipe will be great,I like the way it turn out,it's really good combination and there is no butter in this cookies. Ingredients: - 2 very ripe bananas/plantain - 1 cup nutella ( chocolatte hazelnut spread ) - 1 cup brown sugar - 2 eggs - 2 cup all purpose flour - 1 teaspoon baking powder - pinch of salt - 1/2 cup granolla cereal - 1/2  cup oat meal Nutella Glaze 2/3 cup powdered sugar 1 tablespoon water 1 tablespoon Nutella Direction: In a medium bowl, cream together mashed banana, Nutella, brown sugars, and eggs until smooth and fluffy. In a separate bowl whisk together flour, baking powder,and salt. Add to banana mixture until just blended, then stir in granola and oatmeal.   Refrigerate mixture for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drop  spoonfuls cookie dough into  an cookie sheet on parchment pepper Bake for 15-18 minutes. Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool on pan 5

Avocado Juice

when I was growing up in west java Indonesia,one of my favorite avocado mixed with palm sugar/brown sugar,it was a very simple way to have Avocado  dessert :) It is very different how to prepare avocado in other countries, By the way after I try so many ethnic cuisines, I do like prepared avocado either way savory or sweet. Ingredients : - 3 medium size Avocado - 1/4 cup  sweeted condensed milk - 3 cup crushed Ice - 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice - 1 teaspoon lemon zest ( in the blender mix all ingredients together until combine ) Topping with whipped cream and sprinkles with coco ( optional )

Fried Tempeh in toasted coconut

This tempeh dish we called it "serundeng tempeh " in Indonesia, It's reminded me my family back home, my mother use to cook this Fried tempeh in toasted coconut so often, I'm glad that I can find easily in grocery's store here where I lived. tempeh is one of Indonesian food that I always have in the fridge,you can check some of  my  Tempeh recipe Ingredients: - 2 block Tempeh - 1/4 cup vegetable oil - 1 1/2 cup unsweetened grated coconut - 2 clove garlic ( chopped ) - 1 clove shallot ( chopped ) - 1/2 Tbsp fresh grated galangal - 1 Tbs really thinly sliced lemon grass - 1 tsp salt - 1/2 tsp black pepper - 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes - 1/2 cup cooked soy beans/soy nut or peanuts Preparation : Cut tempeh in cube/lengthwise or what you prepare In medium high, heat skillet with vegetable oil fry tempeh until golden brown about two minutes each side and set aside using the same skillet,with tablespoon vegetab
