Indonesian chicken fried rice

The secret ingredient to make an easy Indonesian fried rice is the Indonesian brand  ABC kecap manis  also known as sweet soy sauce, The sauce is more thick than regular soy sauce, Is good to use to add sweetness for any stir fry foods or can be use as a basic ingredient to make a dipping sauce such a spring rolls sauce,etc. Anytime I have leftover cooked rice I use it to make fried rice, As long as I have  ABC kecap manis  I can make fried rice with simple and easy spices ingredients, if don't have shallot use any type onion and if don't like spicy just omit the thai chili. Indonesian fried is best to served with  indonesian acar timun/cucumber and carrot pickled . Kale with spices grated coconut inspired by sundanese / west-java's traditional food called "urap"  mixed vegetables cooked with grated coconut and spices such as galangal,ginger and lemon grass and kafir lime leaves. It's mostly use vegetarian ingredients and served as side dish with steamed white rice. Spicy teriyaki tempeh mini sandwich

Looking for finger's food idea for a party this summer? This recipe it's very easy and simple to make,  Fried tempeh marinade with mixed teriyaki and spicy sauce or mild,served in slices bread as mini sandwiches. Can be served as finger's food or appetizers, And you can adjust a taste of spiciness or just simply marinated with teriyaki sauce if you don't like any spicy at all. Ingredients : - 1 block tempeh - 3 Tbsp vegetable oil - 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce - 2 Tbsp hot spicy sauce or mild/  Indonesian ABC hot sauce  or sri racha  Preparations: Cut tempeh into 16 thin slices ( square ) heat vegetable oil fry tempeh until golden brown about a minute each side meanwhile  in medium bowl mix teriyaki and hot sauce until combine Marinated fried tempeh in teriyaki mixed sauce for about 10 minutes Cut slice bread by four or use mini slices bread. ready to make mini sandwiches with marinated tempeh slices.

Cashew tempeh

The vegan version of cashew chicken made out of tempeh mixed with,sweet onion, snow peas, asparagus and roasted salted cashew nuts. I created the sauce with ingredients I have on hand, the sweet soy sauce adding sweetness in it, The  ABC sweet soy sauce   ( Indonesian kecap manis ) are  one of secret ingredients in my kitchen to replace sugar in any Asian's dishes. Serve the cashew tempeh dish along with white rice. Strawberry and nutella roll up

This strawberry and nutella  roll up dessert is super easy to make and only few ingredients needed, you can even heat tortilla in microwave in few second or heat up in skillet for less than a minute, either way don't take much time to prepare. Or you can make this  strawberry quesadilla  with the same ingredients. purple yam salad

I use purple yam instead of regular potato for this simple potato salad, It turn out the salad is so colorful, Mixed hard boiled egg yolk and mayonnaise with a little bit honey mustard adding more color to it. Can be served as side dish,on sandwiches or deviled eggs. Ingredients : - 1 lb purple sweet potato - 1/4 cup dice celery - 1/4 cup dice white onion - 4 hard boiled egg yolk - 1/4 cup Hellman's mayonnaise - 2 Tablespoon sweet relish - 1 teaspoon honey mustard Preparation : In medium pan brings water to boil, Boil 4 eggs until set about 10 -15 minutes,set aside peel the purple sweet potato skin, cut in cube and boil until, and put in the fridge until cold *Tip*  cook purple potato cube with eggs at the same time, to reduce cooking time Cut hard boiled egg in half, scoop the egg yolk In a medium bowl mix cold purple potato cube with dice celery,onion smash egg yolk with fork add into potato mixture add mayon
