Salmon Tempura salad with peanut sauce

In my previous post  about a week ago I made peanut sauce for lettuce bowl salad for dinner with friends, and I still have leftover need to use up,so I use them for "salmon tempura salad " as a *tip* you can serve as appetizer menu,,,  Or serve as a dinner meal,,,,add fried tofu or tempeh is best :) Peanut sauce recipe are  Here for the salad you will need : - lettuce - English cucumber/ cut in strip - shredded carrot - thinly slice red onion Salmon tempura : - 1  fresh salmon fillet about 6 oz - canola/vegetable oil for fry - 1 cup tempura batter mix - 3/4 cup ice cold water preparation : Heat vegetable oil in medium high temperature about 350 Degree F cut  fresh salmon fillet into thin strips mix tempura batter mix with ice cold water and stir in mix quickly drop salmon strip into tempura batter mix,fry about 2 minutes each side or until golden brown and crispy drain tempura on paper towel ready to serve as topping into a...

Coconut pandan Muffins

Ingredients : yield 16-18 muffins - 2 stick unsalted butter softened - 1 cup sugar - 4 eggs - 1+1/2 cup self rising flour - 1+ 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut - 1/2 tsp pandan paste  Preparation : Preheat oven on 350 degree F beat butter and sugar until fluffy add egg one at a time add flour,coconut and pandan paste,just beat until all ingredients combine scoop in to muffin's cup,make about 18 -20 muffins ready to bake into the oven about 25 minutes or until insert tootpick come clean Add caption E N J O Y ,,,,

Avocado Deviled Eggs

Have a great weekend everyone,,, If you like deviled eggs try this avocado devile egg recipe,it's easy and simple. Ingredients : - 5 hard boiled egg - 1 ripe Has avocado - 2 tbsp mayonnaise - 1 tbsp honey mustard - pinch of curry powder Preparation : Slice egg in half lenghtwise, remove egg yolk put in the small bowl. Almond Pancakes with salted caramel cream sauce

This law carb pancakes made out of almond flour mixed with egg,almond milk and vegetable oil, serve with an experiment salted caramel cream sauce, can be serve with any pancake syrup you like or make simple sour cream maple sauce, if you get bored to use plain maple syrup for pancakes. Ingredients : serve for 2=6 pancakes - 1 cup almond flour - 1 egg - 1/2 cup almond milk - 1 Tbsp vegetable oil for the sauce : - 1/4 cup whipped cream - 1 Tbsp caramel sauce - 1 tsp salted caramel powder ( just fold them together until well mixed and ready to serve ) OR Simple sour cream maple sauce ( 2 Tbsp sour cream mix with 2 Tbsp maple syrup ) Preparation: Just combine all ingredients together until well mixed on low heat and  non stick flat grill pan/ non stick skillet, cook like regular pancakes,watch closely until pancakes bubble or lightly golden brown and flip them.

Lettuce bowl salad with peanut dressing

This is one of the menu from our dinner with friends this weekend,is very simple salad with peanut dressing/ Indonesian gado-gado salad dressing. I use butter head lettuce for a bowl of salad,just plate them together with main course meal. You will need : - butter head lettuce - English cucumber/thinly slice - carrot/ shredded - red onion/thinly slice - wonton chips for topping if you like/optional  peanut sauce Ingredients : - 1 1/2 cup roasted peanut - 1 cup coconut milk - 4 garlic - 2 Thai chili - 3 kafir lime leaves - 1/2 cup grated palm sugar - 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil -  salt to taste -  1/4 cup water Preparation : grind garlic and chili,fry with 1 tbs vegetable oil until fragrant,set aside grind  roasted crushed peanut, and combine with coconut milk,whisk them well transfer to a blender and process to a smooth sauce Pour into sauce pan,add very thinly sliced kafir lime leaves,fry garlic and chili,grated palm sugar,salt and wate...
